Crucible1 ?The Crucible?; underestimated and underrated By Jon State High Student I must be honest in that I had neer heard of the movie ?The Crucible? until a few weeks past when my English teacher had us watch it for a whole we were currently doing on witchcraft. Figuring it was some teacher?s educational video, I was not very thrilled. My opinion changed oblivious as the movie began with several mischievous girls sneaking gibe one dark, eerie night in the 1600s. The setting seemed to groom me there with the bright, large moon shinning over the calm lake and the cool, fogged air seeming to hang in the air same(p) ghosts. The girls ran, flavor nervously over their shoulders as if they were committing a hurtful crime, into the intimidate woods.
